![]() Overview: A hardcore adventure ride that pushes your limits! This journey takes you through Abano Pass (2,850m), one of the highest and most dangerous roads in Europe, before leading to the breathtaking landscapes of Kazbegi (Stepantsminda) via the iconic Georgian Military Highway.
This route combines twisting asphalt roads, rugged mountain passes, and extreme off-road terrain, making it the ultimate test of skill and endurance for experienced riders.

Tour Itinerary:
Day 1: Tbilisi → Gombori Pass → Telavi → Omalo (Tusheti) Distance: 210 km Road: 40% off-road / 60% on-road Depart from Tbilisi and head through Gombori Pass (1,700m), a scenic mountain road with hairpin turns and beautiful views.
Day 2: Exploring Tusheti - Pirikiti Gorge, Ancient Towers & Villages Distance: 60-80 km Road:(100% off-road, gravel, and dirt tracks) After an intense ride through Abano Pass, Day 2 is dedicated to exploring the remote and breathtaking Pirikiti Gorge, home to some of Tusheti’s oldest and most well-preserved medieval villages and defense towers.

Day 3: Exploring Tusheti - Gometsari Gorge Distance: 70-90 km Road: (100% off-road, gravel, and dirt tracks) Day 3 takes you deeper into Tusheti’s wild landscapes, exploring the rugged and remote Gometsari Gorge. This ride features challenging off-road trails, steep climbs, ancient stone towers, panoramic ridge-top views and visits to some of Tusheti’s most isolated villages, offering a true adventure.
Day 4: Omalo → Tianeti → Sabaduri Forest → Mtskheta Distance: 230-240 km Road: 40% off-road / 60% on-road Day 4 marks a transition from Tusheti’s wild mountains back towards civilization, but not before taking on an epic descent from Abano Pass, passing through Tianeti’s scenic valleys, riding through the enchanting Sabaduri Forest, and finishing in Mtskheta, Georgia’s ancient capital.
Day 5: Mtskheta → Ananuri → Gudauri → Juta → Kazbegi Distance: 170-180 km Road: 60% off-road / 40% on-road On Day 5, you’ll ride through some of Georgia’s most stunning mountain landscapes, following the famous Georgian Military Highway (2,379m) towards Kazbegi. This route features historic fortresses, alpine passes, and an optional off-road adventure to Juta Valley—one of the most remote and scenic locations in the Greater Caucasus.
Day 6: Kazbegi → Truso Valley → Bazaleti Lake → Jvari → Tbilisi Distance: 200-220 km Road: 30% off-road / 70% on-road The final day of your 6-day adventure takes you on a breathtaking off-road ride through the wild and remote Truso Valley, before heading back towards Tbilisi via Bazaleti Lake and the historic Jvari Monastery. This route mixes off-road adventure, stunning nature, and cultural landmarks for the perfect ending to your journey.
